PROHealth Direct Settlement

 

If you are insured under PROHealth Prestige Plus B and Prestige Plus C, you can use our Direct Settlement Service for cashless outpatient visits at participating clinics.

How to set up direct settlement

 

 

Visit the PROHealth members' portal to view the medical providers in the Henner - GMC Medical Network list.

 

 

When visiting a medical provider under the network list, present your:

• Henner - GMC Direct Settlement card
• Henner - GMC membership card
• Photo ID

 

 

In the PROHealth members' portal, you can download and print your Henner - GMC Direct Settlement card.

The card is valid for six months.

What is covered

The cashless facility is available only for payable items indicated on the Direct Settlement card.
You are required to pay for any care not covered under the Direct Settlement Service.
For care covered under your policy but excluded from this service, you can submit a claim.
