Trip cancellation protection

We'll reimburse you if your trip is cancelled due to specific events, starting up to 60 days before your departure date.

Comprehensive coverage

You get up to $2,000,000 for overseas medical expenses under the Premier Plan. For truly comprehensive coverage, in addition to essential benefits such as travel delay and baggage loss , the Premier Plan and Superior Plan also offer special benefits and cover such as unlimited emergency medical evacuation, flight overbooking and double cover for common carrier accidents. All 3 Travel Guard® plans come with essential travel coverage, including travel delay, baggage loss and overseas medical expenses.

Travel cancellation due to insolvency

If you bought your travel package or tickets from a travel agent, we will cover you up to the specified limit in the selected plan you purchased if the trip is cancelled because the travel agent becomes insolvent.

24-hour claims hotline

Call our dedicated claims hotline at +65 6224 3698 to get answers, updates and help in settling your claim. We'll reimburse approved claims from the first dollar, meaning we pay for the full loss up to the sum insured stated in your policy schedule.

To be eligible, travellers must be departing from Singapore and provide a Singapore residential address.

Travel Guard® is for travellers of all ages, with no age limit. Frequent travellers can also get an Annual Multi-Trip plan for more savings and convenience.
