The main applicant must be between 18 and 65 years old to buy this plan. The plan is renewable up to age 80.

Yes. The premium is based on your age band at the point when you enrol and at subsequent renewals. If your age falls into the next age band at renewal, the insurance premium will increase accordingly.

You can submit your PROHealth Claims online or by mail within 90 days of the date of treatment.

Please complete the claims form and send it to us with all relevant supporting documents. To ensure the prompt processing of your claim, do attach originals of all supporting documents (eg. medical reports, receipts/invoices).

You need to be:

  • Residing in Singapore, and
  • A Singapore citizen, Permanent Resident, or pass holder (e.g. Employment Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass, Student Pass, etc.).

This is available for PROHealth Prestige Plus B and Prestige Plus C plans with no deductibles and allows you to seek selected outpatient medical treatment at Henner-GMC Medical Network clinics without having to pay cash upfront.

Pre-existing conditions may be covered for additional insurance premium (premium loading) or we may impose a cap on the benefit amounts subjected to underwriting.

No. All members in the same application must be covered under the same plan, deductibles and benefits.

Worldwide (WW) insurance coverage allows you to seek treatment anywhere in the world, including North America and the Caribbean as defined in the policy.

The North America and Caribbean Exclusion (NAE) option allows you to seek treatment in any country EXCEPT North America and the Caribbean. The insurance coverage for incidental travelling to North America and the Caribbean is limited to sudden illness and accidental personal injury for up to a total of 30 days per policy year.

Yes. You need to inform us if you will not be in Singapore for 90 consecutive days or more.
