How to Participate

Every S$10 spent entitles you to one chance in our Lucky Draw.

Example: Joshua bought a travel insurance policy for S$356 on 28 August 2016. He qualifies for 35 chances for the Fortnightly Lucky Draw on 2 September 2016 and 35 chances for the Grand Lucky Draw on 11 January 2017.

Terms and Conditions

1.1  This Guess and Win promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised by AIG Asia Pacific Insurance Pte. Ltd. (“AIG”). 

1.2  The Promotion will run from 1 August 2016 to 30 November 2016 (the “Promotion Period”).

1.3  Every S$10 spent per insured on a single policy (after any applicable discount) on a travel insurance policy from AIG will entitle you to one (1) lucky draw entry into both the Fortnightly Lucky Draw and the Grand Lucky Draw. For a family policy, the lucky draw entry will be allocated to the main insured based on every S$10 spent on the family policy. Such amounts spent on either a single or family policy will be referred to as the “Spent Amount”.

1.4  Lucky draw entries will be based on the Spent Amount rounded down to the nearest S$10.

1.5  To be eligible to participate in the Promotion (“Eligible Participant”), you must:

a)   Be a Singapore resident;

b)   Purchase a travel insurance policy from AIG during the Promotion Period, and

c)   Access the online enrolment form at (“Link”) and submit (i) the correct answer to the question and (ii) your particulars before the respective Submission End Dates set out in paragraph 2.1 below for the Fortnightly Lucky Draw and by 2359 hours on 30 November 2016 for the Grand Lucky Draw.

1.6  Policies eligible for the Promotion must be active and not cancelled at the time of the Lucky Draw. Cancellation of such policies will disqualify the Eligible Participant from the Lucky Draw.

1.7  The following are excluded from participation in the Promotion:

a)   Employees of AIG and their immediate family members,

b)   Policyholders of AIG’s Student Assist, and

c)   Policyholders of AIG’s Malaysia, Bintan, and Batam Islands of Indonesia (MBB) product.

2.2  The Grand Lucky Draw will be conducted at AIG Building, 78 Shenton Way, #07-16, Singapore 079120, on 11 January 2017, at 3.00 pm.


1st Prize

2 Singapore Airlines Business Class Tickets on non-stop flights to San Francisco plus S$5,000 Cash Cheque (worth a total of S$20,000)

2.3  AIG has sole discretion to void any lucky draw entry or disqualify a participant without the need to provide any reason for doing so.

2.4  AIG reserves the right to draw reserve winners to replace any winner who may subsequently be found to be disqualified for any reason whatsoever. 

3.1  The winners of the Fortnightly Lucky Draws will be notified within two (2) weeks after the respective draw dates by email. The prizes will be sent to the Fortnightly Lucky Draw winners via courier service to the address stated on the enrolment form. AIG will not arrange for the prize to be resent if a winner fails to receive the prize from the delivery service provider. In such an event, the winner will have to claim the prize within the stipulated timeframe from the delivery service provider, failing which a reserve winner will be picked for the prize.

3.2  The winners of the Grand Lucky Draw will be notified within two (2) weeks after the draw date by email, with instructions to collect the prize personally at AIG Building, 78 Shenton Way, #07-16, Singapore 079120.Upon receipt of the prize, the winners will not be allowed to cancel their policies.

3.3 All prizes are subject to the respective issuer’s or manufacturer’s terms and conditions. AIG shall not be responsible for the validity, quality or fitness for purpose or any other aspects of the prizes.

4.1  By participating in the Promotion, you agree that any information collected or held by AIG (whether contained in the enrolment form or otherwise obtained) may be used and disclosed by AIG, its associated individuals/companies or any independent third parties (within Singapore) to arrange for the delivery of the prizes. You may opt out of being enrolled in the Promotion via AIG’s website here.

4.2  AIG reserves the right to terminate the Promotion or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

4.3  AIG shall not be liable in any manner for any claims, losses, damages or expenses arising out of or relating to the Promotion or the use of the prizes.

4.4  AIG’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all parties. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any promotion materials relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
