- Laundromats excepts laundry collection centres
- Massage parlours
- Pest control
- Remittance outlets
- Spa
Other Exclusions
- Premises not made of bricks, tiles, concrete construction
- Property kept in the open or without perimeter, fence
or security
- Premises occupied for manufacturing, warehousing, assembly
or solely storage of goods
- Risk involving works offsites, works on board vessel
& not situated in Singapore
Referral
- Pre-war premises
- Premises shared with other business or sub-letting to
other occupants
