- Completed liability claim form
- Claimant’s letter of intention to claim, writ of summons
etc. As insurer has to enter appearance within 8 days
upon receipt of the writ of summons by insured please refer
the writ to the insurer immediately.
- Other documents e.g. quotation, repair invoices
- Please do not admit liability without the consent of AHA
