To ensure prompt processing of your claim, it is important that
you submit a completed Claim Form and the Original Policy/Certificate
of Insurance together with the applicable documents to:

IMPORTANT NOTICE

- It is the Insured's responsibility to take relevant
measures to minimise any loss and/ or damage
- Do not dispose off damaged items until AHA's approval.
If possible, take photographs of the damaged items.
- Make a report to the police and/or relevant authorities
promptly and obtain a copy of the said report.
- Submit original Purchase Receipts/Invoices in support
of your claim under the Policy
- In accordance with the Policy requirement, the Insured
should not admit any fault/liability without the written
consent of AHA as this may jeopardise your claim. Instead,
refer all third party communication to AHA for handling.
- Contact us at telephone no: (65)6419-1891 after
an accident/mishap so that we may appoint adjusters to
look into the matter for all mutual benefit. In the event
of an accident/mishap occurring outside office-hours,
our claims staff will respond to your call promptly on
the next working day.
