To ensure prompt processing of your claim, it is important that
you submit a completed Claim Form and the Original Policy/Certificate
of Insurance together with the applicable documents to:

IMPORTANT NOTICE

- It is the insured’s responsibility to take relevant
measures to minimise any loss and or damage
- Do not dispose off damaged items without AHA’s approval.
If possible, take photographs of the damaged items
- Please do not admit liability without the consent of
AHA
- Please submit Claimant’s letter of intention to claim,
writ of summons etc. For writ of summons, please submit
immediately as insurer has to enter appearance
within 8 days.
