An agency code number will be alloted to you. You have to use
this code number for all correspondence with AHA including submission
of business applications
|

You are required to sign an Agency Contract with AHA
|
|
You can download the Pre-Interview and Application Form for completion.
After that, please fax the completed Pre-Interview form to us
at Fax No.: 6835-7415.
Our Agency Development Manager will contact you to arrange for
an interview.

Fees Payable
Individual Application: $50.00 annually, plus 7% GST,
payable to "AIG"
Corporate Application: $100.00 annually, plus 7% GST, payable
to "AIG"
